sooo yummy+delicious+scrumptious+appetizing n so on
tapi kan u all sbnarnye xpyh r nk g secret recipe or season or lavender or bakery yg femes2 ue

BIRTHDAY CAKE??
aha..mmg i nak buat cake ni as my birthday cake pown
tp xsempat nk siapkan topping+ i xreti r nk decorate cake ue
so i pown biar je dlu topping ue dsimpan kt peti sejuk smalaman..
ok..now u all bley amek krtas n salin dis recipe

BAHAN KEK
114 gm tepung gandum
6 gm baking powder
144 gm gula kastor
30 gm serbuk koko
5 biji telur
32 gm ovelette
62 gm butter
60 ml air
1 sudu teh esen vanilla

BAHAN TOPPING (FRESH CREAM&CREAM CHEESE)
100 ml whipping cream
80 gm cream cheese
1/2 cawan gula kastor
1 sudu teh sen vanilla

CARA-CARANYA
1. cairkan butter kemudian sejukkan
2. ayakkan tepung, koko & baking powder
3. pukul telur, gula, ovelette & esen vanilla. Putar selama 3 minit (low speed)
4. masukkan bahan yg telah diayak selang seli dgn air selama 20 minit..make sure adunan kembang.
5. masukkan butter.then, pukul lagi sekejap
6. bakar selama 45 minit dgn suhu 180 c
7. sejukkan kek
8. putar semua bahan topping selama 20 minit utk memastikan topping x terlalu cair atau terlalu pekat
bley refer kt tutorial whipping cream via youtube
9. then, sejukkan topping dlm peti sejuk semalaman
10. belah kek kepada 2@3 bhgian (ikut citarasa masing2)
11. sapukan bhgian tgh kek dgn blueberry syrup
12. then, letakkan jem blueberry & fresh cream
13. letak semula lapisan kek yg asal dan sapukan fresh cream dikeliling kek
14. letak chocolate rice di tepi2 kek dan ceri di atas kek 
(hiasan mengikut citarasa masing2)

*act bahan2 kt atas ni fleksibel..xsemestinya kena ikut bulat2..u all bley ubah mengikut kepakaran masing2)*

taraa..ni la hasil kek pertama buatan i..ngehngehngeh

actually atas bluberry jam ue kne ltak fresh cream..tp sbb xcukup so i xletak r
then, my mom puji yg fresh cream (cream cheese) yg i buat much more better than my sis did..hahha
pas ue my neighbour ckp i pndai buat kek n statement dy 'rina nnty dhla jd doctor, pas ue ley bukak bakery plak ue'
aminn...
btw i bkn nk membangga diri sbb dh bjaye buat kek ni, i juz nk share je ngan u all..
buat kek ni xla susah mne cume as a beginner, kite kne ade org yg ley guide kite

    much more better sebab kamu buat xcair tapi awat colour jd bercapok-capok..hehehe..=P

  4. kak, mmg kena pkai fresh cream pown tp buat x jadi..cair sgt..so letak r cream cheese..ni sukatannya 1/3 dr ur recipe..
